Home Communions 

When you can’t get to church, we can bring church to you. If you’re not well enough to come to church, a member of the clergy or a trained and authorised home communion minister can visit you, as a one off or once a month. They will bring bread and wine which have been consecrated at the Eucharist in church and will share in a simple form of prayers with you.
