A copy of our Conditions of Hire will be supplied by the Hall Manager when making a booking.

 

Our Insurers require all hirers to observe the Diocese of Bath & Wells Safeguarding Policy when organising events that involve caring for children and vulnerable adults, or present to the Hall Manager evidence that they have their own. Please follow this link to the policy

 

Acceptance of a let by the hirer constitutes acceptance of the conditions. A signed copy of this document will be required at the time of confirming the booking.
