Merciful God,

Prayer After Communion:
God of all grace,
your Son Jesus Christ fed the hungry
with the bread of his life
and the word of his kingdom:
renew your people with your heavenly grace,

sustain us by your true and living bread;
who is alive and reigns, now and for ever.
Zoom Morning Prayer - Tuesdays at 9.00am
All are welcome at Morning Prayer online - 30 minutes of calm in the busy week. Come when you can, it doesn't have to be every week. If you would like to join, please contact the Parish Office - standrewstaunton@gmail.com - for the joining details.
Fairtrade Coffee Morning
Thank you to everyone who attended the Fairtrade Coffee Morning on Saturday. A total of £138.60 was raised through the coffee morning and donations given at church on Sunday.
Mystery Prize Tombola
Gift items suitable for adults and children are needed. …... nothing perishable for this stall please.
There is a labelled bag in church for donations (or can be handed c/o choir) ready for gift wrapping. Thank you, Joycey
Church Flower Team – New Members Welcome
We are looking for new members of our Church Flower Team! No experience is necessary – just a willingness to have a go!
The main commitment will be helping with flowers for the major festivals throughout the year, although anyone who would like to be more involved would be most welcome.
If you are interested in joining the team, please speak to June Acreman or Judy Blew, who will be happy to provide further details.
Service of Remembering – 1 November – 5.00pm
We will be marking All Soulstide with “A Service of Remembering” at 5.00pm. Tea will be at 4.00pm.
As before, we invite to afternoon tea those who have been bereaved in the last two years. If you can bring a contribution for the tea on the morning of the service, please sign the list in the Narthex.
If you would like a loved one remembered at this service, please sign the list in the Narthex by the 28 October. Thank you.
Advent Course – Praying (SALT)
Our Advent course will be held on Wednesday evenings: 18, 25 November and 2, 9 December, 7.15pm for 7.30pm until 8.45pm. For more details, please see the leaflets in the Narthex. This course is open to everyone and you are welcome to come along to just one session or to all four meetings.
