|
Why is your Christian faith important to you? |
Because it puts
me in touch with Jesus Christ, without whom I could not believe
in a god. With him and his church, I can know myself to be
loved, understood, and forgiven my failures and disbeliefs; and
am set free to enjoy all God's gifts and trust him to make all
things good. |
|
How does your faith affect the way in which you live your life
day to day? |
It makes it
easier for me to see other people as God's children, and
therefore my brothers and sisters. It encourages me to
persevere with work that I believe to be worthwhile. It
(surprisingly often) renews my ageing heart with praise and
wonder. |
|
What is special about St. Andrew's for you? |
I've been
coming too long to be able to say, but particularly appreciate
St. Andrew's when I return from time away from this, my home
church. |
