INTERVIEWER

JIM

How long have you attended St Andrew's? 6 days! (As at 7/10/07)
What do you do? I'm the Vicar.
What are your five favourite things? Rugby, cricket, red wine, my bike, savoury nibbles.
Can you describe a book you read recently in one sentence? Ian McEwan's "Child in Time": a brilliant analysis of decay following a tragedy - utterly without hope.
What is your favourite television programme? CSI
If you could have lunch with two well known people who would you invite? Shane Warne and Ethelred the Unready.  I'd ask them how? And Why?
What is one of the most important things you have learned in life so far? Take a break - often!
Why is your Christian faith important to you? It I would hate to think what I would be like without it.
How does your faith affect the way you live your life day to day? It reminds me of the bigger picture and the assurance of hope.
What is special about St. Andrew's for you? Apart from its proximity to the County Ground, the willingness of people who see things differently to work together to make sure the worshipping community remains a "thing of beauty".
If you could say one thing to someone thinking of coming to St. Andrew's for the first time, what would it be? Come, and afterwards tell us what didn't work for you!
