Heart" by Rian Malan - grandson tells his Nationalist PM

What is one of the most important things you have learned in
life so far? |
Don't jump to
conclusions without hearing all sides of an argument |

Why is your Christian faith important to you? |
It has been
part of my life since I was very small. I would feel
bereft if I abandoned it now. It has been a rock and a
compass for my life. |

How does your faith affect the way in which you live your life
day to day? |
The two great
commandments - to love God and our neighbour - guide me each day
as I face whatever that day may bring |

What is special about St. Andrew's for you? |
My long
association with St. Andrew's means that it has been an integral
part of my life. I love the familiarity of the services,
the people and the message that is preached. It is not
"stuffy"! |

If you could say one thing to someone thinking of coming to St.
Andrew's for the first time, what would it be? |
We would love
to see another friendly face to add to the other many friendly
faces. |
