LENT  WORSHIP AND DISCUSSIONS 2007

A Journey through Lent with our

Local  Ministry  Group

Exploring “The Way of the Cross”

in worship, meditation and discussion

Each week we will be using a form of worship which includes Gospel readings and meditations taken from “The Way of the Cross:  Meditations on the Death of Jesus”  by Katharine Smith (a Reader at St Andrew’s Church, Taunton).  These meditations together with visual interpretations will be the starting point for discussion as we explore together the mystery of the suffering, death and resurrection of Jesus and our response to that mystery.

Two groups will be meeting through Lent and you are very welcome to join either (or both) of the groups on any of the dates below:

ST  ANDREW’S  CHURCH

at  7.00 – 8.30 PM

on  Tuesdays in Lent

( February 27^th, March 6^th, 13^th, 20^th, 27^th)

and/or

HOLY  TRINITY  CHURCH

at  2.00 – 3.30 PM

on  Fridays in Lent

(March 2^nd, 9^th 16^th, 23^rd and 30^th)
